In an alternative world, roughly as advanced as our 1930s, magic is a technological appliance, used in more and more ways due to its universal practicability. However, magic has its catch: Everyone, who has used it to a certain extent, mutates to a dangerous monster, which has to be annihilated by so-called Tactical Sorcerers coordinated by a Magic Administration. As monster activity just now exceeds capacities, an administration employee turns to the unlicensed as infamous Tactical Sorcerer Reiot Steinberg for help. Aside from exorbitant destruction, success proves her right, but the legalization of Steinberg's services aspired by her are still being handicapped by one secret or another.
Strait Jacket is interestingly laid out, amazingly done, but too short.
