Puni Puni Poemi is a spin-off of Excel Saga, and so it's no surprise, that what was true for Excel Saga is now true for Puni Puni Poemi: Plot? Story? Sense? Not important! It's time for manicly overdone mayhem all about the little daughter of the director, Poemi, who occasionally may transform to Puni Puni Poemi to save the world at will ... or not. Accompanying her are a bunch of super heroines with a bunch of totally useless special powers. Brains off, laughing on!
